Saint Sauveur Condominums Like You’ve Never Seen!
The condominiums were designed in Saint-Sauveur by Interra architects who wanted to elicit the memory of the original Molson farmstead with warm colours and an attractive country charm. The historic site at the foot of Cape Molson, Molson farm evokes many memories of the origins of the Saint Sauveur valley.
At the beginning of the last century, John Henry Molson acquired much of the land at the foot of the dramatic Cape Molson cliffs to establish a dairy farm. This is the same John Molson who established the Molson brewery, the oldest brewery in North America.
Until the mid 1980s, the Molson farm, also called “Falcon Croft”, symbolized the agricultural vocation of the St-Sauveur Valley. While the original Molson buildings have long since gone, the memory of the farm Molson founded, and of the traditional community it was a part of, has been kept alive thanks to the design of this new condo project.
